RE:          Case #11-09147 

Dear Customer/Creditor of Doc's Jags, Inc. d/b/a The World of Jaguars: 

Be advised that Doc's Jags, Inc., doing business as The World of Jaguars (Debtor) filed bankruptcy on April 4, 2011.  This case was converted to a Chapter 7 liquidation on June 9, 2011. 

Be advised if Debtor is in possession or control of any asset in which you may have an ownership interest, you must provide evidence of your ownership interest in this asset by providing such in PDF format via email to me at info@phxbankruptcy.com on or before July 20, 2011. 

Be advised that if we agree you have an equitable interest in the asset as stated above, we would expect you to execute a conditional release form, indicating that the asset is being released to you subject to a potential claim by the bankruptcy estate against you OR subject to a potential claim by you against the bankruptcy estate.  Those determinations will be made at a later date, conditioned upon approval of the Bankruptcy Court. 

Be advised that any and all assets released must be removed on or before July 22, 2011.  Any alleged owned asset NOT removed with permission of the Trustee of the Court on or before July 22, 2011, will be sold at auction. 

Be advised if you believe you have a claim AGAINST Doc's Jags, Inc., you should file a claim with the US Bankruptcy Court by the date established by the Court.  A downloadable Claim Form is available here.
